He was the top boss for all ONGC operations in Gujarat but he has expired. The other one was A.K.Mondal. He was the Head of Operations. But I think he has now moved to Delhi. But if he is still around do convey my regards. He was my boss at one time and liked me a lot.

Yes, I am in touch with Pampa and our families met a couple of times in USA. In fact I had a long chat with her yesterday. I reminded her once again to join MonkeyLadder. So she should pop up here any day.

Here in US they don't play cricket. Only where there is a good concentration of desis they play that game but only with tennis balls so it is not really cricket and not much fun either!

I thought you might be coming to USA pretty often as in the background of your profile pictures I see some goris..LOL, I thought it was some resort in the west.

I had been to Baroda a few times when I was in ONGC. Very nice town. I had thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and may go back again someday to visit you and several of my ONGC friends who are still there.

Well here I am in USA for almost a decade now. I am the Regional Director of a Global IT consulting company managing operations in south-eastern states of USA. Earlier, I was in the merchant navy and sailed for 12 years - was Captain for the last 4 years before I quit.

Married with one 12 year old daughter.
